Why we’re building this
Built by Jersey City Heights parents who wanted something better.
We’re Laura and Jeff — parents of two who saw a gap in the neighborhood. We wanted a safe, welcoming indoor space where our kids could move and play during winter months and rainy weekends without long commutes, high costs, or limited availability. So we decided to build the place we wished existed.
Cub & Fox Playhouse is our love letter to Jersey City: a joyful space rooted in community, connection, and childhood done right.
